Prep the chicken
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.
Add the crispy coating
- Sprinkle in the cornstarch and grated parmesan cheese. Toss again until every piece is lightly coated. This helps create that crispy golden exterior in the air fryer.
Air fry
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
