Method
Cook the sausage
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
Cook the eggs
- Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over low-medium heat until soft scrambled.
Assemble the sliders
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping the rolls connected.Layer the bottom half with: scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, drizzle of hot honey and cheese slices.Place the top buns back on.
Add the butter topping
- Mix melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls. sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of rolls.
Bake
- Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through.
Storage & Freezer Instructions
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Wrap individual sliders in foil or parchment paper and freeze for up to 2 months.
How To Reheat
- Microwave for 1–2 minutes until heated through or Air fry at 350°F for 5–6 minutes for the best texture.
