- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make Hot Honey Sausage Breakfast Sliders
1. Cook the sausage
Brown the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Cook the eggs
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over low-medium heat until soft scrambled.

3. Assemble the sliders
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally while keeping the rolls connected.
Layer the bottom half with:
- scrambled eggs
- cooked sausage
- cheddar cheese
Place the top buns back on.
4. Add the butter topping
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and everything bagel seasoning in a small bowl. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls.
5. Bake
Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through.
6. Finish with hot honey
Drizzle hot honey over the sliders before serving.
