- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Sauté 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add ground turkey and cook 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Stir to combine.
- Simmer 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Finish with fresh lime juice and garnish with cilantro.
