  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

How to Make It

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers. Sauté 4–5 minutes until softened.

  5. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
